Arm Lift

An arm lift, or technically referred to as a brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure that removes excess skin from the upper arm to give it a slimmer, more toned appearance. This procedure is commonly performed on women who have loose skin after weight loss that does not respond to exercise. Dr. Freedland also offers procedures such as tummy tucks and buttocks lifts for patients who have had weight loss.

Dr. Freedland begins the process by infusing fluid into the arm. This makes the procedure safer by reducing blood loss as well as significantly reducing pain. The skin on the inside of the upper arm is pinched together and then removed. Dr. Freedland removes excess skin from the arm, taking into careful consideration the location, to ensure the scar will be out of sight after the arm lift.

OUR PATIENTS SAY

You probably hear this all the time but I had to write and say how much I appreciate your efforts. Because of you, I look at life a whole new way.

Terri B., Beverly Hills, MI

My wife has always been self conscious of her appearance. She’s finally come out of her shell. All thanks to you!

Aubrie V., Grosse Pointe Shores, MI

I never thought I could look this way. My biggest fear was the amount of pain. Not only did you take away my fears but the pain too.
